Parasitic worms emerging from the eye sockets!!

Hello, hello! I hope everyone is well and looking forward to the festive holidays.
Sooo, another thumbnail created, this time showing one of the shots where the patient starts to show the parasite emerging from the eyes.

They had grown to a significant size inside the patient, but, are they full size yet? keep following the progress to find out 🙂

Drawn on a #wacomcintiq16 in #photoshop and the music was created in #cubase.
